I'm the same age as Paul Rabil . So obviously playing box in Canada in late 90's I had no idea who he was. But in this day yes 100% Paul is Gretzky level. Their was guys before them but they stood out above the rest, not just on game play but character. I think Lyle Thompson is the all around best player ever to do it. Paul brought lacrosse to another level with his skill but most of all his legacy with the PLL and getting players the pay and careers they deserve

I've been a Season Ticket Holder in the NLL for 15+ years. Everyone says that the best lacrosse players in the world play in that league.. my response is that the best lacrosse players in the world play in the NHL.. and will continue to do so until the NLL can pay enough that they don't have to have a day job.
